Guidelines Upon Receipt of Funding Award

Upon completion of your project, student applicant agrees to provide the DWBF:
  • Submit receipts for all approved expenses along with a completed expense record form.
  • Receipts and expense records must be mailed to the Foundation mailing address.  

Upon completion of your activity, the organization's applicant agrees to provide the DWBF:
  • A short written follow up report from each student involved;
  • Submit receipts for all approved expenses along with a completed expense record form; and
  • Mail all receipts and expense records to the Foundation mailing address. 
These records will help us maintain our tax-exempt nonprofit status, ensure that Foundation funds are used for their intended purposes, and help make similar funds available in the future for students.
