Based on the type of funding request you are submitting, please complete the appropriate funding request form below.
Student Application Request: I am a student or team project looking for financial support for a science research project that I plan to compete with at a Montana affiliated science fair.
If you do not receive a response to your application within 14 business days, please contact us at ebaker@doctorbakerscienceforkids.org to inquire about the status of your submission. With the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have experienced technical disruptions to our normal processing.
Group Application Request: I am a mentor for a group activity to provide multiple students with a science experience (e.g., field trip, participation in scholastic competition, etc.).

Equipment Request. I am a student or a part of a team project that is looking to check out Doctor Baker Science Foundation equipment for a research project.
